What counts as a screen?
One display with a paired streaming box behind it — Roku, Fire TV, Google TV, Shield or Apple TV. A screen showing the same playlist as another is still a screen.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your screens keep playing while the card is retried, for about two weeks. Nothing goes dark over an expired card on a Sunday.
Do I need to buy a streaming box?
Yes, and you can buy it anywhere — an Apple TV 4K, a Roku, a Fire TV, a Google TV or an NVIDIA Shield. It's ordinary hardware, not a proprietary box you rent from us.
