Privacy Notice

Policy version 2026-08-09.1 · Effective 9 August 2026

Who we are

PixlyTV is digital signage software operated by Yeswascoe LLC. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at privacy@pixlytv.com.

Visiting the public site

You can read pixlytv.com without an account. We do not use analytics, advertising technologies, or third-party embeds, so browsing the public pages does not contact vendors for those purposes. Our hosting provider processes ordinary server request information, including IP address, requested URL, time, and browser headers, to secure and deliver the site.

If you create an account

Supabase processes your email address and password credential for authentication. PixlyTV stores your account identifier, email address, business name, role, and the workspaces you may access. This identifies you and determines what you are allowed to see. We process this information to provide and secure the service you requested.

Content you upload

Images, video, playlists, screen names, and schedules are stored so we can deliver them to your screens. We treat this as your material. We do not use it to train anything, sell it, or share it with other customers, and each customer workspace is isolated from every other one at the database level rather than merely in the interface.

Screens

A paired screen stores a random device token so it can identify itself, and reports when it last checked in so you can tell whether it is online. That check-in records a timestamp. The player does not request access to a microphone, camera, GPS, or precise device location.

Processors we rely on

We use Supabase for our database, authentication, and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. If an authorized account user starts or manages a subscription, we use Stripe for checkout, payment processing, invoices, and the billing portal. These providers process data to run the service on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Billing

When an authorized user opens checkout or the billing portal, Stripe receives the billing contact and payment details entered there. PixlyTV sends the account email address, customer identity, and number of screens needed to create or maintain the subscription. We retain Stripe customer and subscription references, billing status, and related account records. PixlyTV does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Retention

Account, workspace, and content data is generally kept while the service relationship is active. Deleted content is removed from the active database and storage; provider backups and security logs may remain until their configured retention periods expire. Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations. Your privacy choice is stored on your device for 180 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us at the address above and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

Cookies and similar technologies

The full inventory, including duration and purpose for every item, is in the Cookie Notice. You can review or change your choices at any time using . We honour Global Privacy Control signals.

International transfers

Our providers operate in the United States and other locations, so information may be processed outside the place where it was collected. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the measures available in our provider agreements, which may include standard contractual clauses.

Changes

If we materially change what we collect or which technologies we use, we will update this notice, raise the policy version, and ask for a fresh privacy choice where one is required.
